Q: Can we change the picnic location?A: Yes. We do ask for two locations. If there is inclement weather, we will move to the second location.
Q: What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?A: We only provide 100% refunds if the booking is canceled a week or more from the event date. Cancellations made 6 days to 48 hours before the event will receive only a part of a refund of 50%. We will not honor a refund for any cancellations made within less than 48 hrs. At least 50% of the payment is due at the time of booking to secure your date. Full payment is due 24 hours before your picnic date. If you'd like to reschedule, we ask for 48 hours advance notice and for the rescheduled date to be within 2 months of the original booking date
Q: For private locations, is my deposit refundable?A: Deposits are refunded upon pickup of picnic services if there is no damage to picnic tables and other equipment.
Q: What time do the beach picnics start?A: We recommend 6:30-8:30 p.m. to watch the sunset.
Q: Will I have fun?A: You will have the best day and luxury experience of your life!
Q: How do I select special packages, add-ons, locations, entertainment, and color options?A: You can call us for a free consultation where we will discuss these options together.
Q: Can I cancel my reservation?A: If you cancel five days in advance, you will receive a full refund. Anything after five days, you will only receive 50% of your refund.
